May i know which kind of link you referring? It would be best if you can provide us some of the screenshot regarding this so we can better understand on this.

By the way, if you are referring when someone share a link in the story link, but this link automatically set to nofollow attribute, then you can check from your backend > Easysocial > application > search for 'link' > edit the user link app (you can refer on my attached screenshot below) > click on stream tab > Enable Nofollow Attribute - NO
