Hello

The module to subscribe to the blog don't work.

we see just a white rectangle.

We have another problematic message on the front and it's not easy blog.
Your session has been expired... !!!
Do you have an idea what is the problem behind it?
It's the first time that we have this.

Also I did an update of easy blog from the extension MANAGE (5.2.6 to 5.2.7) and not from the dashboard
I received some infos that the update was not ok.

We have a RS Firewall. Don't forget.

All infos are also in the details of the site...

I am not sure how to exactly replicate this issues on your end. I suspected that your session have ended because you have not logged out properly and might causing this issues to happen. Those error are handled by Joomla itself. And your current settings are only 15 minutes as you can see here http://take.ms/I2NbF

May i know what error you get when updating them? Can you provide us with more details so that we can further check this?

P/S: In the future, please start a new ticket for any new questions rather than posting on your existing thread as it would be more difficult for us to manage in the future.

The error in the update of easyblog what about some templates... I don't remember exactly theirs names.

The next time I will be careful to ask one subject on the ticket.

Not a problems actually but if you ask few question on one thread, you might get slower response from us as only one person will check this and it have few questions, so it might takes times.

It's impossible to replicate because the system show that we have the last version of easyblog. Is it possible to force a new update manually via the Cpanel?

Hi there,

Currently, it is not possible unless you re-install them using older version and using full installer that have your APIs in it or maybe you have done some backup before the update, we can re-try it from there.

Everything should works as it should currently. Maybe next time(on next update) you can replicate them, let us know how and maybe provide us with some screenshot, should be better.
