Hi,

There is no warning or any indicator displayed when user upload a file bigger than max limit.
User get confused and have no idea why upload failed.

Thanks

This warning only display in web browser, not native app.

Hi Syabab,

Can you tell me the step to replicate this issue inside the app? As I tried with our app, there's a warning upon pressing the submission as per the picture attached.

Hi,

See attached file. I tested it again today and now it give a different error.

It's under my Android build. I haven't test it in iOS.

Current setting in Native App (Android) is Photos Upload Limit = 10
ES setting under Profile Types - ACL - Photos;
Maximum file size = 50MB
Maximum photos upload = 300MB
Maximum photo upload per day = 100
Maximum Storage Size = Unlimited

Hi Syabab,

Using your latest android build in Titan, I can't seem to be able to replicate your issue as seen in the video attached. Perhaps you can share the exact photo and let me try to upload it myself and see if that is the issue.
