I don't know if this is Facebook or EasyBlog. but when I make a post that has a video the video does not appear in the post on Facebook. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?
Hey Michael,

Facebook relies on opengraph tags on the page, and EasyBlog only adds image in the opengraph data and there is no way to actually insert the opengraph tags for video because Facebook would require open graph tags for videos. When you embed a video (for instance Youtube) on a post, the data isn't available to EasyBlog.

Mark, thank you for your response. I thought that I was doing something wrong or maybe that there was a bug in the way that EB shared the post.

Hey Michael,

Not a problem at all It's not really a bug but rather a limitation because we don't necessarily have the data of the videos embedded from external video sources
