Honestly, i am bit lost here actually, may i know that did you wanted that super admin will not notified if creator update those groups and etc or remove validations for that particular groups when creator update/edit those groups and etc?

If you wanted to remove validations on edit, it is not possible to achieve this currently. This is because, your users/creator will abuse it main function, that is to moderate them first. Those update/upgrade/edit will moved under moderation currently.

The idea behind is that the Group owner is responsible for the Group he created.
We will have 100's of Groups and I would like that the Group owners 'own' their Group, be autonomous.

I am happy that the Group creation need to be validated by the Super Admin.
But if he wants to change the title or the banner, he do not have to wait a validation for that.

Anyway to fulfil this requirement?

Currently, we cannot achieved this. But it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request", so everyone else could vote for it, the more people request on this, and we will priority consider it.
