I see the error message on registration/ login page - "<blockquote>No valid registration page found for this profile.</blockquote>" I have re-saved the profile types from back end, but no luck.

Also, I have installed PayPlans component from ReadyBytes and installed the plugin "PayPlans-Registration-EasySocial" which will enable registration by selecting plan from the plan list. I see after selecting a plan and on clicking the register button under Proceed to Register, it redirects to the plan page again, instead of easysocial registration page (step 1).

My site is still under development server - http://riskoracle.vnsinfo.com/login . You can check the functionality from there. Site access details is also attached.

Hi there,

I have tried to register on your site without enabling "PayPlans" plugins, both "PayPlans-Registration-Quick" and "PayPlans-Registration-EasySocial" and it redirects me to EasySocial registration page as it should. Maybe because of cache stored. Try to clear your browser and site cache.

We are not sure about this issues exactly. You have to consult with PayPlans service provider for this issues. Thanks for understanding.

I have cleared the site cache and browser cache and checked the registration process. But the problem still persists. I have also checked the site's registration functionality (by enabling PayPlans-Registration-EasySocial), however, it show the same error message on login screen (No valid registration page found for this profile.) and not go to the EasySocial registration process (step 1). Can you test the registration function through "PayPlans-Registration-EasySocial" once again, register a demo account there and double confirm me?

For Plan redirection issue, I have already opened a support ticket to PayPlans (ReadyBytes). Thanks in advance.

Hi Jason,

I think this happens because it is redirect to "sign-up" you set at your "Hidden Menu". This is because systems will auto direct us to specified EasySocial menu created such as "EasySocial Dashboard/Registration" but not redirect us to the specified item/link at hidden menu. When i disable "System - EasySocial" plugin it will direct me to Joomla login form as shown http://prntscr.com/c76t9h. This is because you have set up joomla login page for your "Sign-up" menu as shown http://prntscr.com/c76ror. I have created a new "Register" menu and it will auto-redirect you to registration page. You can check this thing at Backend>Menus>Top menu/hidden. Please give it a try and see how it goes.

Note: I have disable "PayPlans" plugins, both "PayPlans-Registration-Quick plugin" and "PayPlans-Registration-EasySocial plugin" also "System - EasySocial" plugin. You can check these at Backend>Estension>Plugins

Thanks! But I want the registration and login should be processed using EasySocial component and NOT through Joomla's default registration/login component.

I enabled 'System - EasySocial' from plugin section again, which you disabled. I've disabled the Sign up and Sin in menu items from the "Top Menu" section. I have also disabled the Sign up menu item from Hidden menu section.

Now I click on the register link (you created) at the top right corner and it will redirect me to the plans page. I selected a plan from there and tried to register but it then redirects me to the plans page again (it suppose to redirect to the easysocial registration process step 1).

Please note that here I'm using PayPlans EasySocial Plugin. I have enabled both "PayPlans-Registration-Quick plugin" and "PayPlans-Registration-EasySocial plugin".

see the attached image.

So, can you create required menus etc so that users can see the plans by clicking on Sign up/ register link, choose a plan, click on proceed to register button from there and submit the registration steps?

Hi there,

Actually, we cannot achieve that because paypals components is in our scope of support and we did not how paypals works on their plugin and etc.

You have to consult with them(paypals service provider) if you want to enable this option on your site.

Above are my suggestion for your to allow user to register using our EasySocial components only and without paypals components by disabling paypals registration components. I am sorry for any inconvenience .
