No userpoints when user comment video in group

Hello. When user comment in GROUP he doesn’t get any userpoints.

With commenting user’s videos works normal.

Hello. Now in ES 3.2.13 user gains user points when comment video.
But user don't lose it if comment is deleted.
Should I start another topic or not?
