Can you check whether this settings https://take.ms/VqOtg enabled or not on your end? Currently, it is not possible for me to check them as i dont have administrator access as you can see here https://take.ms/sJVzO

Yes that setting is turned on, if I turn of the follwers stream item that dissaperas, turn it on they show on stream.
Freinds is not working.
Sorry I turn of admin access for security when not used.

When the friends app setting is set to show item on stream, it dosent appear on stream.when a user becomes friends with another user
I will turn on admin access when back home.
