No Terms & Conditions in Edit Profile page

I have added the "agree with Terms & Conditions" when they first register but I see it has also appeared in my Edit Profile page which I do not want. How can i get rid of that? thanks.
Hi there,

You need to edit your 'TnC' fields on your profile types by disabling this setting as shown http://take.ms/tgqDN. By the way, i have disabled it and should not shown now.

Please give it a check and see how it goes
