No stream item about New Registration

Hello.
At "All members" page I can see that users create account everyday: https://crimson-land.ru/members

But if I navigate to "Stream" https://crimson-land.ru/community and chose filter "Profiles", I can see that latest user was registered 4 days ago (it's wrong).

In Backend > Applications > Profiles: New Registration (turned ON).

Based on your database, it seems that it is correct data as you can see here https://take.ms/c9y7hh. May i know that there are other ways for your users to registers on your sites? I suspected that those users registers on your site but using different method, as it is either using Joomla or other registrations methods.

Can you check them?
