We have a problem with a discount code we're running on our recurring (SONATA) plans. The discount (sonata18) is $4 off the first invoice. Everything works fine except the plan never goes into "Active" status and remains "No-status" This was working fine just about 3 days ago. I've been manually changing them to active as they come in.

If the discount code is not applied, the plan goes into "Active" status immediately. We also have fixed plans on our website with discounts, and no problems with those whatsoever.

I was trying some different settings in the Payplans-Quick-Registration app which may have triggered this. I've tried changing the settings back but the problem persists.

I have checked this issue at your site, subscription is still no status because notification didn't came from payment gateway amount amount settlement. You already cancelled this subscription and refunded money.
see attached screen shot.

I have also confirmed the configuration and it seems fine.
On other 2 no-status subscription no transaction were there. Can you please try to do one more payment with discount.
Don't cancel this and refund. wait for the notification. Also check in your 2checkout merchant account , payment debited or not, don't activate them manually.

Thanks for your response, Manisha. I just made a new transaction and did not manually change status or cancel the payment. I used a different coupon to lower the transaction amount to $1, but the behavior is the same. It seems that any coupon triggers the problem.

Hello Ryan,

I have the test transaction made using discount coupon. as notification are coming from 2checkout, but you have again manually add the transaction which is creating issue.
See attached screen shot.

As i didn't see that you have applied discount coupon of $1. Correct me the subscription id if i am checking different one.
I am checking subscription of user Kristenrendall.
