Currently, we enforced it to not shown on mobile version as it is hard to maintain those fields based on styling wise. If you insisted, you can do some modification here components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/helpers/html/login.php and do template override for your changes so that it wont be overridden on your next update.

Remove codes below at line 20 accordingly.
