Hm, was the forum post deleted? Why does it have a "trash" icon? If it is deleted, I think the stream shouldn't display it and the profile app is perfectly fine. Can you please advise?

yes you are half right
the post was deleted from public view but still in database and can be restore by admin or moderator
In database : `new_kunena_messages` WHERE `hold` =2

when i restore it appear in user profil kunena app view
and a new entry is created in stream :

so it could be interesting to have stream entry deleted in case of a kunena message is delete from user view or definitely deleted

yes when restore the post is available and hold parameter = "0"

let me summarise :

post is viewable in kunena, post=0, // appear in stream OK, appear in app OK

post is deleted for members, hold=2, "trash" icon // still appear in stream BAD, not appear in app OK
then 2 option :
- restored by moderator : hold=0 // new entry in stream OK, appear in app OK
- definitely deleted // empty entry in stream BAD, not appear in app OK
