Hello,

I noticed when an EasyBlog Article is published in a Group and Event, members are not notified (EasySocial Notification system and email).

And too when an EasyBlog Article is published in a Page by an Admin, members are not notified (EasySocial Notification system and email).

Is there a setting I forgot ?

Hi Philippe,

It appears currently only cluster's admin is notified through system notifications, and no email notifications are available. Not really sure why this is the case currently.

I will investigate more and update you on this tomorrow.

In this regard, by making a discovery of available alerts, a dozen new types of alerts have been installed.
Whose "New Discussion in Group", now allows to notify members of a Group of a new EasyDiscuss Post in a Group.

EasyBlog should follow this model

Do you mean that EasyBlog should follow EasyDiscuss where new posts notify group members?

I will log this in our tracker first so the devs can look into it.

Yes that's it !
That the members of a Group/Page/Event can receive an EasySocial and Email notification, when a new EasyBlog article is published in these same Group/Page/Event.
