Hi Stackideas,

Our team is currently baffled when we discovered that articles created and published by a Super User (or any ACL with superuser/admin privileges) DOES NOT create a "New Post" notification to all users and subscribers.

Is there a patch available for us to use so we can solve this issue?
Hi Marc,

Can you include your site's backend and ftp access so we can investigate this?

Let us know once you have done so. Thanks.

Hi there,

I updated the ticket with the credentials you need to access the Joomla backend and SFTP.

Also, note:

```
superuser is an admin user who can create articles.
But when you visit Components > EasyArticles > Email Activities
... you will see that superuser's new post/article doesn't create notification/s. Even if you enable Settings > Notification > Notify All Site Members On New Posts
```

Hey Marc,

The provided backend access does not seem to work(http://take.ms/J20ki). Please advice. Thanks.
