Hi Loic,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have apply some fix on your site. It seems like there are multiple Joomla fields installed in your site and I have uninstalled the redundant. Can you check this issue is fix or not in your site?

Actually you're our first customer hitting this issue, and I still can't replicate this issue locally. However, I will have a look on this issue and perhaps if this issue returns, we will know how to fix it.

Please advise.

Hello Loic,

Have you turn on this option for your username and Birthday fields? http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-02-05_1213.png . This will let the fields be searchable. Please give it a try.

an pop up said me that i have to fill all obligatory fields !!

Hi Loic,

I believe you need to put the mandatory fields in the custom fields. I have checked your site and it seems like you do not put 4 mandatory fields in your site. Here is my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/URzosx0N04M . EasySocial needs these fields in order to work properly.

those 4 mandatory fields fields are used for a while
they are in "qui suis-je ?" tab : http://awesomescreenshot.com/0364ceax35

but as it's viewable in screenshot, it seems that there is a confusion in ES about those fields (already used but still in waiting list...)

I have put again the 4 fields in the tab
and now they appear 2 times in back end (old ones and new ones!!!)

i wonder if i can erase my previous fields from the tab without any risk (unique key... stored data...) ???
