No more reply notifications

Hi,
I was informed by one of my forum members that he doesnt get notifications anymore. I tried it out and also recognized that I wasn´t informed about a reply.

Looked through the settings, but couldn´t find something. Maybe something happened with last update? How to find out? Thanks.

I can't seem to replicate the problem on my local. Can I have access to your backend for further investigation?

Yes, please log in. The credentials for PILOTEN are in my profile settings. In the OP in the hidden section I also sent the URL to the administrator page, just fyi.
