A couple of weeks ago email notification has stopped. When there's a new comment, no email shows up in the mail queue. In settings, email notification is set to "yes".
Can you please have a look into this?
Thanks.
You're welcome.

It seems like you have modified this "Regex String for Email" from backend, you can check my attached screenshot below.

After I revert back the correct regex \S+@\S+ , it should work fine now, can you give it a check?

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Can you provide us with your FTP access so we can troubleshoot on this?

By the way, in the future you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

Actually I didn't expect an answer before Monday. So thanks for the fast response. But it's really OK if you take a look into this starting Monday.
I've updated the site details in the dashboard with a FTP access.
Kind regards

Thank you very much, email notification is working now.
But what really baffles me is how this setting was messed up. I haven't been looking into Komento settings for months (ok, except for checking if notifications are set to "yes"), let alone making any changes. Could this have happened with an update or something?
Anyways, thanks for the help.
Have a nice Sundey evening!

You're welcome, glad to heard your issue resolved.

Hm, I already checked in my locally, it seems like the update didn't have this problem.

As a gentle reminder, kindly start a new thread if you have any other issue in the future so it will be easier for us to manage your inquiry. I will lock and mark this thread as resolved.
