Any help with this will be nice

Thank in advance
Greg
Hello.

Can you provide us your Facebook account so we can have a better look here? Also if you want ask to check for your twitter, you can provide access to twitter as well.

Hello Greg,

We need those accesses is to troubleshoot the app setting and make it working again as fast as we can. You can provide it in the Site Details form below where only support team can view it. I've checked your setting and seems like your facebook token has expired: http://screencast.com/t/laJs0TOpeh . Please renew it. As for the Twitter, you might want to try these steps to troubleshoot:

Twitter
1. Edit your Twitter application.
2. Check website URL, Calback URL make sure they are the same as your site domain (http://www.yoursite.com and http://yoursite.com make a big difference)
3. Check if the Access level is Read and Write
4. Check if "Allow this application to be used to Sign in with Twitter"
is ticked under Settings
5. Reset the keys then refresh the page
6. Generate a new access token
7. Go to the EasyBlog -> Autoposting -> Advanced Settings page and revoke the access.
8. Go though the EasyBlog -> Autoposting -> Step by step guide and re-enter the new keys and reauthenticate the Twitter access.

If Facebook token is renewed but the expired date is today's date, please follow the following steps:
1. Delete from App centre
- Login Facebook
- Go to your App Centre
- Go to Your Apps
- Locate the autoposting app and delete it
- Revoke access in EasyBlog Autoposting setting and sign in again

If the date remains the same then you will have to

2 - create a new app for the autoposting.

Hope this helps.

Hello Greg,

Sorry for the late reply. I've renewed your token but Facebook has using a new API hence it will failed if you let it autopost. This new API is really troublesome and we haven't be able to circumvent this issue You will need to temporarily turn off Facebook autoposting as it is interfering with post creation and manually post it to facebook by clicking this button: http://screencast.com/t/KEziwiHerx . Sorry for the inconvenience. We will update once the issue is fixed. Just for the follow up, how about your twitter? You said before there is an issue with your twitter.

Hello Anirudh,

This is a common issue with Facebook. Actually I'm not sure why it happens but you can do 2 things here:

1. Delete from App centre
- Login Facebook
- Go to your App Centre
- Go to Your Apps
- Locate the autoposting app and delete it
- Revoke access in EasyBlog Autoposting setting and sign in again

If the date remains the same then you will have to

2 - create a new app for the autoposting.

Hello Anirudh Kumar,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend or screenshot regarding with your "shows expiry today on user profile" ?
If i'm not wrong, the expiry date only show from your facebook autoposting configuration page.

Regarding with the Facebook old API, when you publish a blog post, you will hitting the "token expired.." some error message while your token expired.
If everything work fine, then just ignore it.
