There does not seem to be mobile support in EasySocial 2. I have the Elegant theme set to default and viewing with narrow viewports is not handled well. Has mobile support been removed? If not, how do you enable it?

I think I made a big mistake upgrading. I just launched a new community and updated to v2. All mobile support is gone

Hold on. I just tested this with an actual mobile device, as opposed to just narrowing my viewport on a desktop. And it seems to work just fine. Are you using actual device detection rather than media queries to show easysocial at smaller viewports?

Hey Jordan,

Yes, that is correct, if you view Easysocial page from the actual mobile device, the responsive part will work well.
It will not work only if you narrowing your viewport on desktop because we already remove this in Easysocial 2 so that it will improve the Easysocial performance.

If you would like to test the responsive part whether it show correctly or not, you can open your mobile developer tool from the browser to test on this, you can refer on my attached screenshot below. Hope this help.

Yes, if you narrowing your viewport on desktop browser screen, it will not show the responsive, but if you view from the actual mobile device, it will show correctly even turn off the Easysocial built-in mobile app from backend Easysocial application page.
