Hello. Do you plan to move it to Front-page file /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easysocial.ini ?
Other lines about user points rules already in it (not in backend). For example:

COM_EASYSOCIAL_POINTS_START_CONVERSATION_GROUP="Start a new conversation with more than 1 friend."
COM_EASYSOCIAL_POINTS_START_CONVERSATION_GROUP_DESC="Points will be given when you start a new conversation with a group of friends."

Before I had to edit only one (front-page) file /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easysocial.ini
But now there is two files to display text in frontend
