No items found when try to search user (and add send him private message)

Hello. When I navigate to "All conversations", "Start new conversation" and try to search user, it display in English No items found. And I can't translate it (seems I translated every similar line in Ru-ru...ini file).

Hello. If...
1) open any current Conversation
2) and try to add (invite) new recipient
3) type incorrect username (no user)
Result: I can see in English "No items found".
