It looks like there is a bug here when the file extension is in uppercase. I have already logged the issue into our issue tracker. At the moment, you can temporarily fix this by renaming the file extension to lowercase

Yes I figured that was the issue. We are coming from Kunena and never had that issue. I am hoping you guys have lots of plans for improvement in a short period. I prefer to pay for software due to the level of support.
