This is an example of rss feed

but I do not understand why the images are not displayed, where am I wrong?

It looks like your system plugin is messing up with the images that are rendered on the feed. I have disabled "System - Lazy Load for Joomla!" and it works fine now. As for translating the title, it's in the language file. Search for COM_EASYBLOG_FEEDS_LATEST_TITLE
