The built-in editor for EasyArticles does not do "Greek" letters as per standard editors. My site delivers technical articles that require scientific symbols such as some Greek letters. On a Mac keyboard in a standard editor (such as this one), it is simply a matter of, for example, shift+m to get the Greek symbol µ. On your built-in editor, this does not work. Is this something you can look at, as technical articles that require these symbols will be a fairly common type and I would rather use the recommended editor for EasyArticles?
Hi there,

I have tried on my local instance, and it seems that it save correctly, as you can see here http://take.ms/vnjVd and my video here http://take.ms/aekdx. Maybe i have replicated it wrongly, it would be best if you can provide us with more steps on how to replicate this or maybe videos on how to replicate this.

Please advise.

If I open a new article using the built-in editor, and place the cursor in the main text body area and press "option+m", nothing happens. In a standard text editor, this keyboard combination produces "µ". How do I type "µ" using the built-in editor in EasyArticles?

Hi there,

Sorry for confusion caused above. Currently, we have reserved "option(alt)+m" to open media manager. In order for you to be able to use those symbols, you can disabled this settings http://take.ms/oWYyl and it should shown correctly now.
