No Forums are listed when clicking the forums tab

How do I get forums to list when I click the forums tab? All I see is a pane that says "There is no discussion found." with a image of a notenook over it. When I click "Categories" I can see all the categories with descriptions.

This is frustrating since I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and I keep seeing the same thing.
Can you update your correct Joomla backend login credentials from your first post? Because it seems like you provided that login credentials is no longer working.
