I think i asked a similar question, i have managed partial no follow of links in the main activity stream (refer to http://stackideas.com/forums/fr-rel-nofollow )

I'm also looking forward for the solution for adding nofollow in stream of groups. (i'm sure its hidden somewhere in the exhaustive admin page on backend)
