We have new Joomla installation with Joomla 3.8.5 with PayPlans latest version 3.6.3 and Jomsocial 4.5.
We are currently in the setup process.

We have installed and enabled App 'Notification Emailer' and created instances.

But we are not getting any emails based on the setup (email on change in status / sending email when subscription status is active)....same situation when we have 'post activation of subscription).
No emails are being sent and no information in the logs.
Hello Markus,

I checked your site and logs creating properly that email from notification emailer are sending properly.
See attached screen shots.

Please check email in spam folder also and in case of post activation email, set post activation time, right now it's set to life time. Set it to proper time.

Please cross check it again and update me with results.
