No drug and drop area in album with photos [MOVED]

Hello.
1) create new album
2) navigate to album
Result: We can see "Drop photos here" area.
Suggestion: Display "Drop photos here"when user inside album with photos.

But if there is few photos in album, we can't see this area and can't upload photos by drug and drop.

Is it normal or this area missed?

It is normal("Drop photos here" area will be not showing after you inserted at least a photo) and working fine for me as shown in the video. https://take.ms/0u6SG

Hi. I see now Drag and drop still work if album not empty, but there is no any text-info about it. I would like to suggest display it like on screenshot. Thanks.
