Hi,

I purchased and paid for a subscription renewal for Easy Discuss earlier today but the download is not available.

Order Reference / ID: SI140401-4536-76116

Could you please advise why it isn't available.

Thank you for your inquiry. I've checked your purchase and the reason why it is not linked to your current account is that it is currently linked to your other account, under the user name "jaffa12". However, I've helped you to move it back to your current account which is under the user name "jaffa".

Would you be kind enough to check and verify?

Thank you but I actiually already worked out the issue prior to your reply. (I actually marked it as resolved and I thought I posted a comment about the resolution but perhaps it didn't go through).

The issue seemed to be because I used our PayPal account for the payment but it has a different email address from the one I registered with on your site.

I simply registered again with the other email address and found that the download was available under my new registration (jaffa).

So I don't mind which account it is attached to as long as I can access it if I need it.

I've already downloaded it and installed it.
