I just upgraded from 3.02 to 3.0.4. Note that I had to do so by installing the full installation package because the Joomla updater did not work, see my earlier tcket.

Now no comments are possible anymore at all. You can try and test at the supplied URL. Before the upgarde things worked nicely. Now the submit button does not respond at all.

Can you please check? Please note that I can unfortunately not provide backend access to the site.
Hi there,

We actually, need to access your backend for better picture of this issues as this might got conflict with your plugin or your installation is not fully installed and compile to it latest scripts. Please advice.

Or maybe you can try to re-install your Komento using launcher and see how it goes.

I re-installed Komento using the launcher. I closely watched any error during the installation, but did not see any, this ran fine. However, my problem remained.

In my opinion, you should be able to fix this by checking the frontend. Requiring backend access is bad practice IMHO. The fact thatKomento worked properly with 3.0.2 rules out the possibility of conflicting extensions (I have not installed othr extensions since then).

(and frankly, the recent change in the update process is not a good move and makes it very cumbersome, but that's just a side remark). Sorry if sounds a bit negative, Komento is a beautiful extension, but as with any extension: it should simply work.

Hi there,

Honestly, without backend access, we cant get the exact issues you faced here

But maybe you can try to do this steps below and see whether its working or not.

Got to url below and then change your 'System Environment' to "development mode" and see whether it working or not.
removed

If works, set your 'System Environment' to "production mode" and enable 'Load Komento's jQuery Library'.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.

OK, that helps it seems. Please still try and find out what's causing this, as loading additional Jquery is not something that I particularly like and I would like to turn this off soon again.
As I said, 3.0.2 did not give me issues, so it must be something introduced recently.

In the mean time, I'm happy that things work again, thanks for advising.

Oh, and finally, can you remove the admin URL for your previous answer, or at least the part that leads to my domain?
