In ES 2.1, the poll created in a group will be only available for the group members ?
and same for a poll created in an event or page ???

Not sure what you mean here, the polls section in cluster can be used to display the list of polls created in that cluster.

Do you mean who is permitted to view those polls in cluster? It basically depends on the privacy of the group.

Sorry for the misunderstanding it thought that due to lack of button, polls will be rendered in the all site and not from the group or event..

about who is permitted to view or vote the poll :

if the group is an open one :
everybody can seen the poll ; just members of the group can vote ???

if the group is private one :
only members can see and vote ??
