I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

In easyblog 5, blogger need to manually sign in into their facebook account from their front end > edit profile, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-18_1036.png . After sign in, the autoposting option will be available during composing.

I do not want my authors to use their own social accounts. I have selected the "centralized account" because I want all the blog posts to go to our company's social accounts.

Yes, by default that was not show the Facebook autopost icon from the composer, but the system will silent force all the blogger autopost to your company page. Can you give it a try if the blogger published their blog post and see is it autopost to your company page?
If no, can you provide us with your Joomla backend, FTP access and Facebook access so we can help you check on this?

I thought in the previous version of EasyBlog when you set it to Centralized Account it still gave the option to either place a check by each social network you want to post to or not to post any network. Right now there are some blog posts that are for Registered Users only such as our employees that we do not want to post to our Social Networks. I am hoping that I can set it up so all our authors have the option to post to our company's social networks depending on the subject of the post. I do not want to force every post to automatically sent to our social networks. Is this possible?
