Hello Ted,

This issue is coming because you have set Use HTTPS(SSL) to Yes in payplans configuration.
As you have already applied https for entire site , so no need to set it here.
I've already set it to no, now it's payment page is shown correctly without any error.
see attached screen shot.

Please take a look on this issue and update me if you still issue persist.
