No access to forum without subscription

Hi

I paid already over $250 to your company
am just startin using my blog and faces issues
I an;t see any replies to the post I am ask to renew my sunscription for $200 the page doesn;t even say for how long ! I thought I paid 200 forever ...
Anyways I have never ever seen a software or service company that blocks users from forums and help support !!!

Several of the forum categories are restricted to users with an active subscription depending on which service they have subscribed to.
