G'day,

strange thing i can see today.
if you open http://www.meinoz.de/index.php/reiseblogs/heiner-s-reise-2015 yon can see the beginning of my new blog for next travel, all seems to be fine.
if you click comment (Kommentar) you can see my entry, prev. / next article and the comment and so on.

! BUT the prev. / next article isn't from this blog, its from another guy's blog !
http://www.meinoz.de/index.php/reiseblogs/skippy-s-und-wombat-s-reiseblog

What's wrong?

kinde regards
Heiner
Found it by myself:

Show Blog Navigation was set (Zeige Blog Navigation).
After disabling it the wrong navigationbuttons are no longer visible.

But why displays easyblog in my blog-entry the navigation (next/prev) of another blog/categorie?

very good point Heinz!

Hello,

The page navigation is actually navigate thru the whole Easyblog posts regardless which category you are in.

hi Nik, i also disabled the navigate on my site, because it's confusing for Guest Reader! for me it makes also only sense if User are able to navigate thru posts from current Blogger and not thru the whole EB Posts!

Hello Rene,

Actually, we do have option for that but it is page based. If you open menu setting, you'll see this field: http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-01-09_1019.png . This option will affect this menu id to only show post from that particular category.

hi Nik, thanks for your screenshot, but i still think that a Prev/Next Navigation with posts from particular categoy are useless, if the whole Blog is created as a Multiblogger system! Multi Blogger pages needs a different Navigation and therefore the Navigation should only show related Blog Entries from same User ID. Prev Link shows the older and Next Link the newer one if available! a Guest want to read in this case only Blog entries from same Blogger ID and is not interested to read entries from other Blogger even if they are puplished into the same category. did you know what i mean?

Hello Rene,

It's only useless because you don't use it. There is huge number of customers that relies on this and simply because you feel that it's useless to you does not mean that it's useless to everyone
