Is it possible to prevent a not activated user from showing in the newest blogger module? I just had this happen and it was not legit so they've been deleted. But I'd prefer not to have them show up in the module at all if possible. Basically I think that until the user account has been activated they should not appear on the site at all ...
Hello Anne,

I've fixed the module for you. Please have a look. I've added these codes in line 35 and 59:

Hope this helps.

Hello Anne,

May I know what did you mean by not activated user? Or you can provide us your backend and FTP so we can have a better look and directly patch the hack if it is possible. Please advise.

A person registers on the site but is not activated by the admin. Though they are not activated their name appears in the newest blogger module saying they haven't set their bio. I think that until the person is actually activated they should not show up on the site as a blogger.

Hello Anne Marie,

I seem cannot replicate this issue on your site and I believe this module is working as it should be. Here the screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/afxuiGPSp1 . This user is not activated and EasyBlog Latest Bloggers is still showing : http://screencast.com/t/mvtfYrGwVYow.

Please be advise.
Thanks.

Hi,

It has happened again. I have a user who is not activated showing in the newest blogger module again. I have left it so that you can see it. If you look at the name in the module in the front end and then check the backend of the site in the user manager you will see that the person has not been yet activated. (Note: please don't remove this user as it is a legitimate person!)

Please advise once you have seen it so I can activate the person.
Thanks, Anne Marie
