1 I have problem adding custom fields to the standard profile, is there an "how to guid" somewhere?

In EasySocial, we use workflows to associate custom fields with profile types (user) or categories (groups, events and pages). We have a documentation for this located at https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/configuration/workflows

2 Is there a possibility to make a cusom field visible in the profile header

Currently it is not possible out of the box but with some simple php codes, you can generate the output on the profile header.

3 Is there a module that will shoe a user list (text), with custom flieds

EasySocial does include a users module which you can add in your module manager. However, it does not show additional custom fields. You can always create a template override to output the fields that you want for the module
