there's currently no invite feature available, but I think I saw in another of your posts you're already using parainvite so I guess this solved it.

In the Preview of the Easy Social i see where Spotify was being used by a user and his Spotify user Activity was being streamed. Is this a features that comes with Easysocial?

yes, this is built-in. you only need to share a link to the spotify element and easysocial will take care of it. same also works for other networks like youtube etc.

Is there any Flash games available for Joomla and EasySocial users on my site where users can play and interact together similar to the games on Facebook?

as far as I know there is currently no special game app that was designed for easysocial, however having that said perhaps you might find some game integrations for joomla on the JED at http://extensions.joomla.org (but as said nothing specifically for easysocial).
