Newbie achievement not assigned on JFBConnect members

When someone registers on my site through social network account (JFBConnect), the newbie achievement is not assigned, and they start off with 0 or with 5 points. Not sure what is causing this. Help please?!
Perhaps you can update your site backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?
