May I know which site is in your screenshot? I tried on the provided site(atol-solutions) but I don't see the language or the dialog from your screenshot.

The setting for the subscription message is located here: Settings>General>Subscriptions>Agreement Message

By the way, I noticed an issue on your atol-solutions site where there is no styling loaded(attached). I have helped you add these files so the proper styling shows.
