Regarding the placeholders at the featured showcase, I have helped you apply a temporary fix at JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/formatter/types/featured.php, JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/blogs/grid/default.php so the placeholders no longer show in the featured slider.
I will also log this issue in our tracker so the devs can look into it.

This is the default behavior and the same goes for version 5.1.9.

You have to make sure that the 'Publisher' user group has the 'Moderate All Entries In Dashboard' permission enabled(http://take.ms/m341Z). If this does not work for you, can you tell us which user under the publisher user group is having the issue so I can investigate further?

On Image Wall however I cannot concur, Easyblog only showed entries with images, so how can i now tweak this?

On Publisher I have set all as indicated and seems to be fine. However I used to have NEW POST button coded for registered user in the Description of the Blog, now it no longer resolves properly. Hope you can fix.

Mark, possible yes, but to have to do this for 20 plus sites is a bit much to ask. Can't you update the current version so no one has this issue?

I wish we could release another version but we just pushed out 5.0.10 about a day ago. As this is not a critical error (Pages doesn't render) we will need to wait for another week to compile as many fixes as we can rather than keep pushing out a new release every week

Sounds Good, I will wait for the newer release for my other site then. Also in Image wall module blogs without images show and that did not happen prior and there is no option to bypass blogs without image...will this be fixed too?

Regarding the image wall module, the behavior you mentioned is from EasyBlog version 5.0 and this behavior changed in 5.1, which is why you are seeing posts without images as well.

I have discuss this with the devs and we decided to bring back the 'only show posts with image' behavior from 5.0 in future versions.

Sounds good, will this come in the next fix release? And is it then an option, with default only blogs with images?

Yes you can update EasyBlog as the image wall module in the new version should no longer show posts without images.

You can test it on one site first to make sure it's working for you.
