Hello,

I have a situation on my site whereby it seems that anyone who registers for an account automatically becomes a blogger - one new user posted a stupid spammy post this morning.

I am trying to figure out where the settings are that determine who can blog and who cannot but I can't see it....

Can someone please point me in the right direction?
