Hello guys,
when a new user tries to register to the site, it sends a message that the user is already registered and is waiting for approval.
Let me attach a screenshot of the problem.

Can you provide us with backend access and ftp access as well so that we can replicate this issue and helped you fix this site. I cannot replicate this issue with my local and we need the access to your site because we need to debug the issue on your site to have a better understanding of the root issue.

Please be advise.

Hello Mesfin,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have checked your site and it seems like you have set EasySocial registration to quick. However, you have hide several fields in the profile types for example, the username, email and password which essential for the quick registration. I have enabled this field back and your registration process is working fine. Please take a look. If you have anymore question, please don't hesitate to ask us.

Thank you for your support.
But i don't want to use the mini registration, I want the users to select from the two user profile i created and continue from there,
where can I adjust that?

Hello Mesfin,

I have helped you fix this issue. Actually there is 1 more settings need to be disable if you wish to select full registration type. You can configure it here: EasySocial > Themes > (select theme) > Dashboard > Display mini registration = No.
