Hello,
I upgraded to the latest version of ES and I was very glad to see the option to automatically add a newly registered user to a group (if this is not a new option then I must have missed it somehow). This is very useful in the case of the project I'm currently working on. However there's just one little glitch - the new user registers, then the admin approves them and they are correctly added as a member of the group but they are not enabled. From what I tested this actually allows the user to access the group (it's invite-only) but they don't appear in the list of members and they can't see the group activity until someone goes to the back-end and enables them within the group. Since they get added automatically then they should also get enabled automatically, that would save the admin from going to the back-end and all they needed to do is click the Approve button in the notification email and everything else would happen automatically.
Thanks for looking into it,
Michael
Hello Michael,

Can you try to download the attachment below and paste it inside the following file path and see how it goes:
1) /administrator/components/com_easysocial/models/registration.php
2) /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/group/group.php

Please advise

Thanks a million Ezrul, it works. Is it going to be included in future ES updates?
Best regards,
Michael
