Hi guys
Now when members sign up I cannot see them by searching for them using admin account
To replicate the issue
Sign up using test account
login to backend activate the new account
login with admin account, try to search new user created, it cannot be found by admin in frontend of site, but seems to be registered correctly in backend

.........update...............
Seems that in backend I have ban the user then unban the user to make the account work correctly.

Kindly advise
Thank you

The update was only to inform you of what is happening
Kindly try to follow the steps to replicate the issue.
When user is activated in Joomla Admin "Users" the user seems to be activated in joomla and Easysocial but cannot be found in front end by admin.
When user is activated using only "Easy Social" in admin then the account can be found and works correctly.
But I suppose, the question is, should this actually happen.
I mean, when I activate an account, irrelevant of the component used to activate the account, in this case "Joomla core" why would this happen
---------UPDATE-------------------
Two test accounts just created
User: 123 123 activated using Easysocial (Works well)
user: 321 321 activated using Joomla core activate in users (Cannot be found and problem persists)

Is this expected behavior?

Thank you

Hi there,

We do indexing of our site contents based on 'Smart Search' components and do searching based on this components.

Currently, on your site, you have disabled 'Content - Smart Search' plugin and those users(created on Joomla itself) will not be indexed on your site, but for Easysocial, we do have ' Smart Search - EasySocial Users ' plugin that will indexed those new users(based on new registrations) and included them on your site(indexed on smart search and for searching).

Maybe you can give it a try to enable 'Content - Smart Search' plugin and see whether those users got indexed or not.

Please advice.
