Almost there!!

Cannot get the notification of new discussions to work...intention is for new posts in the forum to go to those users who have subscribed to the forum; to a category; or to a specific topic.

I must have the settings confused as no emails are received by those subscribers when any of these events occur.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Thanks as always,
Andrew
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It would be best if you can update your site backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check.

Because different configuration might be affected this.

Hey Andrew,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I tried to check your site and it seems like those e-mails are still pending under the e-mail queue,

Have you already created the cronjob for EasyDiscuss yet? If you have not created it for EasyDiscuss yet, you'll need to create it so that it can process those e-mails in the queue, https://stackideas.com/docs/easydiscuss/administrators/cronjobs

Thanks Mark! I guess the cron isn't working...talking to my hosting company. They should be able to help. I'll post the results.

Have a great weekend,
Andrew
