I am not too sure what data migration are you referring to here but if you are just switching templates, I don't see any reasons for performing data migration?

By the way, it looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

If you are referring to Joomla template, then what you can do is to install your new template via Joomla backend extension installer. Once your new template installed in your Joomla, you can then select your new template from Joomla backend under template manager
