Hello,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

It seems like the issue is coming from your mailchimp settings returning the invalid API key. When I try to disabled the mailchimp integration the subscription is working fine. Perhaps you can recheck again your mailchimps setting and API key if its correct or not from your side. Please advise
