Hi Guys

I think i might know why this happened, the user signed up with a / in the name

Adis/Omer

Username: Adis/Omer

We received the new sign up email, but the user is not in the Backend.

Any way we can still retrieve his member file?

Thanks!
Hi Eddie,

In which part of the backend is the user not found?
In the joomla backend (Users --> user manager)
or in the easysocial backend (components --> easysocial --> users)

I've members who use special characters like the "-" in their (user)name and this is no problem.

Have you checked if the member is mentioned in the pending approval list (components --> easysocial --> users --> pending approval)

Whether or not a user needs an admin approval can be set in the "profile type" to which the user registers.

Hope this helps.

Hi Danny,

Thanks for sharing.

Hi Eddie,

I apologize as I could not find any active EasySocial subscription to our site. Perhaps, there is some mistake from our ends, would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this things up for you.

Please advise.

Hello Edwin,

I have checked your site and it looks like your subscription has already expired on the 3rd of February 2015. In order for you to be able to utilize our support, you will need to renew your subscriptions first. You can renew your subscription by accessing http://stackideas.com/dashboard . If you have already performed the renewal earlier, may I please have the order reference # so that I can check this out?
